# Confluences

The Trend Heatmap Matrix is itself a confluence engine, but it pairs beautifully with higher timeframe structural models.

* **Market Pressure Matrix**: Use the Trend Heatmap Matrix on a lower timeframe (e.g., 15m) to find entries that align perfectly with the macro flow dictated by the higher timeframe Market Pressure Matrix (e.g., 4H).
* **Mean Reversion Index**: A "STRONG LONG" signal on the Heatmap is particularly powerful if the Mean Reversion Index recently bounced out of its -2σ Capitulation Buy Zone, confirming that structural momentum has returned after a deep sell-off.
* **Support & Resistance**: Do not buy a "STRONG LONG" blindly into major structural resistance. Wait for a breakout and retest, using the Heatmap to ensure momentum remains "STRONG" during the retest.
