Drawing Modes

Imbalance Concepts share the core drawing modes with Block Concepts, but include an exclusive dynamic mode tailored specifically for tracking market gaps:

  1. Basic Mode: Draws a clean, shaded rectangular box highlighting the entire imbalance zone.

  2. OTE Mode (Optimal Trade Entry): Highlights the "Optimal Trade Entry" area within the imbalance. Includes the Show OTE Box toggle.

  3. Quadrants Mode: Divides the imbalance into four equal horizontal sections to monitor exactly how deep price pushes into the gap.

  4. Profile Mode: Displays a visual distribution profile indicating activity during the imbalance's formation.

  5. Fill Mode (Exclusive to Imbalance Concepts): Dynamically illustrates the mitigation of an imbalance. As price action retraces into a Fair Value Gap or other imbalance, the visual box updates in real-time to show only the remaining, unfilled portion of the gap.

Additional Features

  • Dynamic History: Unlike persistent blocks, imbalances like FVG, IFVG, BPR, and OG are automatically removed from the chart once they are fully filled, ensuring your workspace remains clean and relevant.

  • Consequent Encroachment (Mean Line): Toggle the Show Mean setting to draw the critical 50% midpoint line of the imbalance.

  • Hide Overlap: Removes overlapping imbalances from view.

  • Advanced Styling & Labels: Fully configure borders and text labels (e.g., "-FVG").

  • Extend: Extend the imbalances to the current candle for easy visibility.
